Thermal Scan completed each year to determine the extent of wet roofing components that needed repairs during the roof resoration.

Upwards of 200 blisters were repaired each year to ensure watertightness and proper adhesion of the new cap sheet membrane during the roof restoration.

Interior tarping was installed for the roof replacement area after hours and removed after hours. The mechanical scope of work was also completed after hours to avoid any disturbance to the tenant space or business operations.
