Installation of new roofing membrane over sensitive data center - serving Markham for phone and internet. Our work included the submittal of SMOPs (Standard Method of Procedure), detailing work taking place each day. This placed a high emphasis on schedule and attention to detail. While work was being performed, risk was mitigated through daily hazard assessments and ongoing review and updates to emergency plans. Our scope of work included installation of interior protection, developing and implementing the temporary cooling sequencing plan to allow for mechanical and electrical dis/reconnection and installation of all new roof top safety equipment throughout roof elevation.
